His writings have evoked a gradual awakening to uplift the values of life, a steady consciousness attaining self-enlightenment to the much-sought happiness and peace; a response imbued with reciprocity amongst his readers.This reciprocity infers putting the knowledge obtained from his works into use, that is rekindling the latent beauty so long forgotten, consequently visualizing beauty in totality.
Yogacharya Dr. Ashoke Kumar Chatterjee has portrayed the immortal Sublime Avenue to millions seeking salvation through initiation. He has in ways more than one endeavoured to prevent mankind from waning thus attain yoga realisation of Yogiraj. His objective is not to make man any more deflect but to reorient and bind them towards the infallible intrinsic Kriyayoga Avenue. He has given declining Kriyayoga a push. He has executed all this in his own inimitable way and humanity will remain ever grateful to him for his invaluable conferment upon them. His objective to usher humanity into the zenith of Satyayuga (Golden Age) when all dichotonies, tension, discord will cease and halcyon days be reinstated will soon be effected.

Vacaspati Chatterjee’s inimitable style,brilliant originality in each of his writings have unfolded a new chapter on indology. He is creative both in ideas and style. He has rendered the science of rationality, the philosophy of beingness and nothingness in a language which has made the abstract attain a concrete shape both in essence and in the human mind.
INVITATIONS & PARTICIPATION :
- A yoga symposium in February 1995 held at Sydney, Australia.
- A yoga seminar at Chittagong, Bangladesh in 1985,1997 & 2001 and also at Kathmandu, Nepal in 1993.
- The Parliament of World Religions as the sole Hindu representative from India convened by the Dalai Lama and sponsored by UNO, UNCHR, UNESCO held in April 1997 at Val St. Hugon, France. Here he was solicited to speak on three topics of saving the planet; love, peace and solidarity; unity in diversity. His dissertations won plaudits. His expatiation on the deep-rooted ills of the modern world with the tentacles of modernism, crass consumerism ripping the world apart was unanimously acknowledged. Dr.Chatterjee’s expositions bore an unique appeal because of it’s rationality and since he was the first personality to provide an effective solution to global unrest.
- The renowned French publisher Albin Michel published a commemorative book on the Parliament of World Religions from Paris, entitled ‘Le Cercle des Anciens’ authored by Mr. Alain Grosrey and Mr. Patrice Van Eersel. They praised Vacaspati Chatterjee stating that his dissertations were convincing hence captivating, they symbolised peace and that unless he had envisioned and realized peace within himself, he could not so lucidly expatiate and rationalize on the concept of peace. French newspaper ‘Le Dauphine Libere’ wrote about him thus-“the sage, worthy, wise, dignified Sri Chatterjee has hit upon the crossroads of both the ancient and new worlds”.
- Due to his inimitable exposition at the World Parliament, he was again invited to deliver discourses at Nantes, Bordeaux in France and at Madrid in Spain.
- He has been invited to expound on contemporary topics throughout India also.
CONFERMENT OF HONOUR:
- In retrospect of the Parliament of World Religions held at Val. St. Hugon, France 1997, UTO (United Traditions Organisation), a philosophical wing of UNO selected Dr. Chatterjee to become an honourable member of their organisation to promote the universal worth --- a global everlasting peace through his dissertations and literature.
- Because of his brilliant exegesis at the World Parliament 1997; his indelible contribution in the field of Bangla literature and significant contribution to human knowledge, Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati, conferred him the degree of Vacaspati Honoris Causa (D.Litt.) on 9.3.99.
